          1. The Municipality of New Lucena, Iloilo through the Health Facility Enchancement Program 2022 intends to apply the sum of Php 6,000,000.00 being the approved Budget for the Contact (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Completion/ Upgrading/ Repair of New Lucena RHU, Brgy. Poblacion, New Lucena, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
