        1. The Municipality of New Lucena, Iloilo through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND 2024 intends to apply the sum of Php 2,000,000.00 being the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Drainage Canal with Sidewalk, Brgy. Poblacion, New Lucena, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
