        The Municipality of New Lucena, through the 20%Development Fund CY-2023 and 2022 intends to apply the sum of Php 1,517,846.45 being the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Furnishing of Labor, Materials and Equipment for the Concreting and Re-Shaping of Farm to Market Road, Brgy. Bilidan-Damires, New Lucena, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
