1. The Municipality of New Lucena, Iloilo through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 580,863.03 being the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Concreting of Janipa-an Oeste Road ( Going to Eco Park), Brgy. Janipa-an Oeste, New Lucena, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
